At Zufaritime, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, we’re here to help.


Returns

  • You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange

  • To be eligible, the watch must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in its original packaging

  • Please contact our support team at support@zufaritime.com before returning any items


Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product


Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged

  • For exchanges, please contact us at support@zufaritime.com with details and photos of the issue


Non-Returnable Items

  • Watches that have been worn, damaged, or altered

  • Items returned after the 7-day return window
